Utricularia nephrophylla x geminiloba "Bot. Garden Liberec, CZE"

This hybrid plant, originally from the Botanical Garden in Liberec in Czechia, is an easy to grow Utricularia with leaves that are slightly larger than pure nephyrophylla. Plants may or may not be flowering at the time of purchase. You will receive a 1" plug of this Utricularia.

Care for this carnivorous plant is simple. I recommend using a mix of 3:1 peat moss to perlite, or live sphagnum moss. I keep the substrate moist with water that is 50 PPM TDS or less, but not wet. I use a 14 hour photoperiod at about 250 PPFD, but you can use a natural photoperiod or anywhere from 10-16 hours. I fertilize the leaves once a week with 2,500 PPM MaxSea fertilizer.
