Biophytum sensitivum

Biophytum sensitivum is a small terrestrial herb native to tropical Asia and parts of Africa, where it grows in moist soils of open forests, grasslands, and disturbed sites. It forms a short, upright stem topped with a palm-like rosette of pinnate leaves that fold downward when touched or at night, and produces yellow flowers with orange markings held on slender stalks above the foliage. You will receive one plant at least 2" in height.

As always, plants can look different with different amounts of light. The plants you receive may be a slightly different color than what is shown, either more colorful or more green depending on a variety of factors. I grow these plants in vivariums between 68-83°F and in high humidity (90%+). don't recommend growing any of my terrarium plants outside of terrariums.
