Utricularia geoffrayi

Occurring throughout Southeast Asia and northern Australia, this is a small terrestrial species of seasonally wet grasslands. It bears small purple to lilac flowers with contrasting white and yellow markings on the corolla.

Plants may or may not be flowering at the time of purchase. You will receive a 1" plug of this Utricularia.

Care for this carnivorous plant is simple. I recommend using a mix of 3:1 peat to perlite, using the tray method to keep the substrate constantly wet with water under 50 PPM TDS. I use a 14 hour photoperiod at about 250 PPFD, but you can use a natural photoperiod or anywhere from 10-16 hours. I rarely fertilize, but when I do I normally spray the leaves with 500PPM MaxSea fertilizer.
